Invite Quantity
We've put together a helpful guide to help you Calculate Your Order Quantity. You'll also want to read through our guide to building your guest list: Who Do We Invite?
Our artisanal print methods require detailed setup — so our pricing begins at 400 invitations. We’re happy to print fewer, but the cost will remain the same.
It’s often possible to add more invitations while your order is still in production. However, once printing is complete, reprints can be very costly due to the setup costs and preparation time required, regardless of quantity. To avoid extra expense, be sure to order enough invitations the first time around.

Ordering
Contact us at least 9 weeks before your wedding to ensure a rush-free experience.
Invitations are usually sent 4–5 weeks before the wedding. To stay on track, work backward from your mailing date and allow time for:
- 1 week for envelope addressing and assembly
- 3 weeks for printing and delivery
- 1 week to design and refine your invitation
It’s simple. Start by requesting samples — we’ll personally guide you from there. Once you’ve chosen your invitation type and design style, we’ll fine-tune every detail through digital proofs until it’s perfect. Then, it’s off to print.
Unfortunately, no. Due to the high costs involved in setting up print presses for a single invitation, we provide digital mockups of your design instead. However, you'll still be able to see and feel the exact paper and printing methods through the samples we send.
When you are ready to start your order, we'll request a $300 non-refundable deposit. Full payment (minus the deposit) is due when you have approved your design and your order is ready to send to print.
Allow 1–2 weeks for the design process —timely feedback helps keep things moving. Print production typically takes an additional 3 weeks.
The fastest we can have your order ready is 2 weeks from when we send to print.
Please contact us and let us know when you require your invitations. If we are able to prioritize your order, a 20% rush order fee will apply. This will be invoiced once we confirm it's possible.
Absolutely! We’ll provide a JPEG file of your printed invitation design that you can easily share with your guests via WhatsApp, email, or text!
Please note: We don’t create standalone digital invitations.
Custom Design
Absolutely! You can choose from our curated collection of beautiful monograms—customizable with your initials—or we can create a simple two- or three-letter monogram using a font that complements your invitation design.
You’re welcome to specify the placement on the outer envelope flap, the top of the English layout, the reply card, or all three.
Already have a monogram? You’re welcome to provide it as a print-ready vector file.
Absolutely! We’re happy to print invitations designed by you (or your graphic designer). Just a heads-up — our pricing stays the same regardless of who creates the design.
We can't reproduce, copy or print work that isn't ours or to which you don't hold the copyright. If you have a number of designs that you like the general style or look of, we can create a custom design just for you that is along similar lines. It will, however, not be an exact copy. If you have your heart set on one exact design it might be best to reach out to the designer that created it. We'd be happy to help with the printing!
Shipping / Delivery
Your beautiful invitations will be carefully packed and boxed, ready for addressing, assembly, and mailing.
Prefer to handle it yourself? We’ll ship them to you for free via UPS or FedEx. If you're in the NY/NJ area, we’re happy to arrange courier delivery or local pickup from our Brooklyn location.
Or, let our trusted partners take care of the entire mailing process for you.
Addressing & Mailing
We refer our clients to trusted Brooklyn-based addressing services. For your convenience, we can deliver your invitations directly to them. They’re professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with — you simply send your guest list, and they’ll handle the rest. They can also take care of assembly and mailing.
Prefer to use someone local? Many communities have businesses that specialize in this very service.
Postage for invitations is based on weight.
Our Classic Invitations requires one “Forever” stamp for mailing, priced at $0.73. Our Luxe Invitations require one “Two Ounce” stamp for mailing, priced at $1.01.
Traditionally, a stamp is included on the reply envelope to make it easy for guests to mail back their response cards. A "Forever" stamp, priced at $0.73, is required for these envelopes.

We recommend sealing all outer envelopes using a high-quality glue stick, as standard craft glue may become brittle in colder temperatures, potentially causing the envelopes to open during postal transit.
Our top choice is the Scotch brand "permanent" glue stick, which you can purchase on Amazon here.
Mailing timelines can vary by community. In Lakewood, invitations are typically sent 3 weeks before the wedding. In Brooklyn, 4 weeks is the norm, while some communities prefer 5 weeks in advance.
If you're mailing in December, be sure to allow extra time, as the USPS tends to experience delays during the holiday season due to the weather and higher volume.
Design Ownership
We’re truly honored you love our designs — it means the world to us. Each one is original and thoughtfully crafted. We kindly ask that you not copy or reproduce them.
Beyond copyright, halacha upholds the values of gezel (theft) and hasagas gevul (encroaching on someone’s livelihood) — both of which apply to creative work.
Thank you for your understanding and respect.
